How the PROCESS works
STEP 1
Choose a reference PHOTO
When you are choosing a reference photo for your custom digital illustration, you NEED to make sure that it is GOOD quality. This looks like:
No filters
Not blurry
Good lighting (as this can effect the colour tones I use in the artwork, depending on the style you choose)
STEP 2
Drawing
After the deposit is paid or the project is paid in full, I will then begin to work on the custom digital illustration by inserting the reference photo into Procreate. I will then use the colour dropper tool to get the tones right. For line illustrations I typically reduce the opacity so my lines are clearer. I trace the photo until it is done! My turnaround time is usually 1-4 hours.
STEP 3
Revisions and Delivery
This is where you come in and let me know anything you need changed, fixed or added. I want the process to be collaborative so that you know EXACTLY how your money is being spent. When the illustration is done and you are happy, the remaining total is due if not paid in full earlier. I will email a digital copy of your illustration to you as well as if you’ve ordered a physical copy.
